As a Laborer, you will be the backbone of our projects, working alongside skilled tradespeople to ensure every site is completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and supplies to job sites.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris.
- Perform basic measurements, cutting, and preparing materials for installation.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- No prior construction experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidates!
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
