Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Support skilled trades as needed (carpentry, masonry, etc.)
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements/material counts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
