Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting and material handling at construction sites to support project timelines.
- Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and safety diagrams.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and site protocols at all times.
- Clean and organize work areas and tools after daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work overtime, nights, and weekends as project demands require.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to team success.
