Responsibilities
- Moving and hauling materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Assisting skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Cleaning and preparing job sites, removing debris, and ensuring a safe workspace.
- Operating basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Measuring and cutting materials according to blueprints and instructions.
- Performing general labor tasks such as digging, pouring concrete, or tarring roofs.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we will train the right candidate.
