Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Participate in concrete work, framing, and finishing operations
- Adhere to all company safety standards and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
- Must be available for flexible hours including weekends
