Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks and project operations.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools at the job site.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery under supervision.
- Read and interpret blueprints or basic instructions when necessary.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work at heights or in confined spaces as required by the project.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- No prior construction experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
