Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and equipment operation under supervision
- Assist skilled trades with preparation, demolition, and basic construction activities
- Maintain a safe work environment by following OSHA guidelines and safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and transport them to designated areas
- Operate hand tools and power equipment (training provided)
- Inspect work areas for hazards and report issues to supervisors
- Complete daily work orders and documentation as required
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work night shift (typically 6 PM - 2 AM)
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable transportation to job sites within San Francisco
