Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and tools.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople with daily tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Measure, cut, and handle lumber and other building materials.
- Perform basic site preparation including digging, leveling, and concrete setting.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills and reading comprehension.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
