Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, loading, and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and work orders.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring materials are organized and secure.
- Perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we will train the right candidates.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project schedules require.
