Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction activities and general maintenance.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by adhering to all OSHA regulations and company protocols.
- Signal operators of heavy machinery to facilitate safe loading and unloading operations.
- Perform routine site cleanup, including debris removal and material sorting.
- Assist with excavation, concrete placement, and framing tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and environments.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for safety documentation.
