Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and tools.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Operate heavy machinery and construction equipment as required and trained.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Perform basic digging, cutting, and leveling tasks.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
