Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervisor guidance
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and dispose of debris properly
- Follow strict OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Load/un construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Read basic blueprints and mark measurements accurately
- Perform site cleanup and hazardous waste removal
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Steel-toe boots and personal protective equipment required
