Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site duties.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, plans, and safety data sheets.
- Demolish structures and remove debris from job sites.
- Support framing, drywall, or finishing crews as directed by the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Commitment to safety protocols and wearing required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen (optional depending on client).
- Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
