Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools, including drills, saws, and levels.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various tasks on the job site.
- Ensure the work site is clean, organized, and safe by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety instructions.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and store them in designated areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus.
