Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with excavation, demolition, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Prepare and maintain job sites including debris removal and equipment setup
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Perform site cleanup and waste management duties daily
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
