Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor duties, including loading and unloading construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe job site in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Transport tools and materials to and from work areas using dollies, carts, or hand trucks.
- Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors and project managers.
- Participate in daily site briefings and safety meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license is an asset.
