Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including excavation, loading, and unloading construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks on the job site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring materials are stored properly.
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
