Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
- Load and unload building materials from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely.
- Help skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters and electricians, with daily tasks.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to blueprints and instructions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- No prior construction experience required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
