Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform thorough inspections to identify leaks, blockages, and potential issues before they become costly repairs.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan pipe layouts and installation strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Adhere strictly to all local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and safe at the end of each shift.
- Manage and maintain a personal set of professional plumbing tools and equipment.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Plumber license required (State of California).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience in commercial and residential settings.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex plumbing issues efficiently.
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in tight spaces.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional work ethic.
