Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and masons) with daily construction tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize materials and tools at job sites efficiently.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and trash hauling.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Transport materials to and from the work area as directed.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Support various phases of construction projects including framing, roofing, and concrete pouring.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is necessary; on-the-job training is provided.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different job sites.
