Responsibilities
- Material Management: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently on-site.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground to meet project specifications.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under the supervision of experienced crew members.
- Trade Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, concrete workers) with various tasks to ensure project timelines are met.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Help ensure that work completed meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for enthusiastic candidates; full training will be provided.
- Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work full-time hours, including weekends or overtime when necessary.
- Teamwork: Strong desire to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written safety instructions.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
