Responsibilities
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete for various structural projects.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall hanging, and general site preparation.
- Perform daily cleanup of job sites to maintain safety and organization.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience necessary – we provide paid training.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
