Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and operations.
- Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring they are free of debris and hazards.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety regulations, site-specific protocols, and project instructions.
- Perform digging, trenching, and other manual labor tasks as directed.
- Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with the crew.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimation.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred but not required).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
