Responsibilities
- Execute heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks during overnight shifts
- Operate machinery like jackhammers, saws, and power tools under supervisor guidance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete pouring, and demolition operations

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction labor experience or equivalent physical training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
