Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy machinery under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and masons.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring debris is removed and areas are organized.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Perform physical labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
