Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and skid steers.
- Mix and pour concrete for foundations and sidewalks.
- Load and unload building materials from delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic carpentry duties under supervision.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from foremen and site managers.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we will train the right candidate.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically able to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
