Responsibilities
- Assist in general construction tasks, including site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under strict supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to coordinate daily tasks.
- Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects.
- Perform routine inspections of work areas to maintain quality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and on job sites.
- Basic understanding of safety standards is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
