Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare work areas by clearing obstacles and setting up signage.
- Measure, cut, and handle lumber or other building materials.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different roles.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
