Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with proper certifications
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete work, framing, and finishing
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and secure materials
- Complete daily shift reports and quality control checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid O-10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Night shift flexibility (6 PM - 4 AM)
