Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites, including cleaning and organizing.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate basic power tools and heavy machinery under supervision.
- Follow blueprints and instructions from foremen to complete tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with crew members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred but not mandatory.
