Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and light machinery under supervision
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by organizing materials and debris
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Perform general cleanup and site restoration tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
