Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate and maintain power tools and heavy machinery under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with project execution.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Read and understand basic blueprints, schematics, and safety diagrams.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimation.
