Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Assist skilled tradesmen with layout, demolition, and installation tasks
- Operate light machinery (forklifts, compactors) and hand tools efficiently
- Collaborate with night shift team to meet project deadlines
- Inspect materials for compliance with quality standards
- Report maintenance issues and equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM schedule)
