Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stack construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Site Support: Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, masons) with various tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision.
- Transportation: Transport debris and waste from the site to designated disposal areas.
- Communication: Relay instructions from supervisors to the team and report any safety concerns immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs) and standing on feet.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a punctual attitude.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Willingness to work full-time hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Documentation: Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
