Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including digging, lifting, and general cleanup.
- Operate heavy machinery (like skid steers) under supervision when qualified.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform basic measurements and site preparation duties.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work the night shift (4:00 PM - 2:00 AM or similar).
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
