Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily site operations.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Perform site cleanup, including removal of debris and waste.
- Set up and maintain scaffolding, ladders, and safety barriers.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision.
- Measure and cut materials as directed by supervisors.
- Ensure all work areas adhere to OSHA safety standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic reading and math skills for following instructions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
