Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily operations.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks using hand trucks or forklifts.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Follow project blueprints and instructions provided by supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly.
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
