Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily operations on construction sites.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials to and from job sites.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and sweeping.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Help with basic measurements, marking, and cutting tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be physically able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must have a valid ID and be authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
