Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, drywalling, and painting.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, ensuring a debris-free and safe environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Demolish structures and remove debris according to project requirements.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in reading blueprints.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong team player attitude with a genuine desire to learn the trade.
- No prior experience necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
