Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Follow detailed instructions for construction tasks including digging, lifting, and assembly
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Load/unload equipment and materials using proper techniques
- Perform site maintenance duties including debris removal and organization
- Document work progress and report equipment/safety concerns
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and procedures
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Atlanta metro
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
