Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites safely and efficiently.
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks and operations.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic power tools and construction equipment under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris and hazards.
- Site Prep: Perform tasks such as digging, tamping, leveling, and preparing surfaces for construction.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level applicants willing to learn.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
