Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor duties on construction sites, including digging, hauling, and lifting.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris (Job Site Cleanup).
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions when needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods (standing, bending, lifting).
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Basic math skills for measurements and quantities.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
