Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing support.
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and equipment efficiently.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and according to guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety compliance.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Measure and cut materials as directed by the site foreman.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform manual labor.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred, but not required).
- Ability to work as part of a diverse team.
