Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, concrete work, and general cleanup.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools under supervision when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
- Communicate effectively with crew leaders and foremen regarding project needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the construction field.
