Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including carpentry, framing, and general site preparation.
- Operate heavy machinery and tools safely under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Excavate, dig trenches, and assist with concrete placement.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic reading and math skills for measuring and reading blueprints.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
