Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks during night shifts
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery safely and efficiently
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific regulations
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete work, demolition, and site cleanup
- Maintain organized material staging and tool management on-site
- Complete daily progress reports and safety documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience or equivalent trade background
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and ability to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
