Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various onsite tasks.
- Operate power tools, including saws, drills, and compressors, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and hazards.
- Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and verbal instructions.
- Perform basic measurements and cut materials to required specifications.
- Support framing, drywall installation, and general site preparation.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety gear is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow verbal and written safety protocols.
- Must be eligible to work legally in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
