Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, digging, and general cleanup.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under direct supervision.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met.
- Perform physical labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety regulations.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
