Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate hand and power tools, including jackhammers, saws, and drills.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the job site.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
- Dig trenches, foundations, and prepare sites for new construction.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and safety signage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA).
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
