Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor duties, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under the direct supervision of experienced crew members.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and organize job site storage areas efficiently.
- Follow verbal and written instructions to complete daily assignments accurately.
- Perform minor cleanup and site preparation tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
